Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached; place the items back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a physical or digital pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Okhai wallet within 7-10 business days.
